Thankyou for that. I just had a b12 shot last week! Plus so many blood tests testing for so many things. They're checking everything. So far everything is in range and working normally. I don't drink booze, don't do drugs or smoke. Don't drink coffee. I'm pretty much a monk at this point. Hence me checking absolutely everything to try and get to the bottom of this fatigue thing.
I have an amazing mattress and use a pregnancy pillow that locks me onto one side so i can't roll on my back which was a big thing in the beginning of my CPAP. I think I am sleeping better than I have in a long time.

This is off-topic, but the quote you have from me was something I was editing and never posted it. It was like a rough draft. My final composition is immediately above yours. This is strange. I basically type out stuff as thoughts come to me, then arrange them into something that is somewhat coherent.

The things that come to mind when you say, fatigue, sleeping conditions and/or a vitamin or mineral deficiency. For sleeping, do you sleep comfortably? An old mattress or the wrong pillow can make for bad sleep.
Concerning the vitamin or minerals; Have you tried taking B12 for the fatigue? It will take about a week to really see any difference. Also, taking magnesium just prior to bedtime can increase your relaxation. I started taking it for cramps, but found I had a more restful sleep even when I didn't have cramps. If you are interested, look around for magnesium glycinate. It is more readily absorbed by the body than others.
The bottom line is, a CPAP will only get you so far. Since you are dialed fairly well, I would start considering other areas.

Gotchya. Thankyou for the reply. I'm currently waiting on some more test results. They've ruled out a bunch of stuff which is good. It's looking to be more a result of my coeliac disease and immune system. So we'll see!
RE: Love a follow up on my OSCAR readings plz!
Hi team. Things have been going pretty good since I switched to the Resmed. Actually the difference has been night and day. So thankyou for all your help with that. But lately i've been having some pretty ordinary sleeps and just wanted to see if there could be anything i'm missing.
Firstly i've been noticing some weird pulses in my mask as i've been going to sleep or back to sleep during the night, is this normal? I've also noticed a fair few CA events on the bad nights. But also have good nights with no events at all. The only thing that has changed, i've started taking a small dose of mirtazapine (remeron) at night for the past 6 months which has been fantastic. Do you think this could be related? I've changed absolutely nothing else about my routine or diet.
love your thoughts. Have attached some screen grabs

Those 3 charts look good from here. The CA that some have are mostly going to be breath pauses, which at this level and at this time in your therapy journey are considered normal and acceptable. The reason I'm saying that is they're not going to be treatment emergent, as you've been on CPAP a while, they're not predominant requiring ASV, and they're not very high. My perspective is that your high level CA was my high median treated level CA on ASV.
CA will always be random, consistently inconsistent. Not in a condescending fashion, think about this aspect, do they actually bother or is the being able to see them bother?

Makes perfect sense. Not condescending at all. I think when you're going through a rough patch, you tend to look for solutions and any little mark or event gets you wondering. But this is all good news. Something I can wipe off thinking about. Appreciate it.

You can monitor them all you care to. That is about the only free thing involved with CPAP and Apnea. If they really become bothersome and are an issue then action can be considered.
For reference, my untreated Central Apnea was about 124 CA events to 24 OA, forgot the other events or duration of sleep. Treated, when ASV was working with me, AHI 0-4 would be reported on OSCAR.
