RE: Sleepyhead stopped recognizing profile
I have my computer back, have reloaded sleepyhead program again, but it still does not keep my profile. Every time I click the sleepyhead icon it asks me to fill out a new profile and then it doesn't keep that profile for the next time I log in. Also when I upload my SIM card information it only gives me the summary information with no details.
Should I save all my files to a memory stick and then delete everything from my computer and try and start over? At this point I don't even care about the historical data, I just want it to work from this point on.
