SleepyHead crashes on import

I am new to using SleepyHead, or I should say I just installed it last night. I did not get very far, as when I try to import my data SleepyHead crashes. My CPAP maching is an F&P Icon+ Auto so my data is on a USB stick, when I insert the USB sick SleepyHead detects it and prompts me to upload the data. When I do SleepyHead crashes (closes). I even tried coping the data off the USB stick to my desktop and importing from the folder, but SleepyHead still crashed. I am running a Mac with the latest OS, but will try from a Windows 10 laptop tonight. I would prefer to use my Mac if there is something else I should try.
