off the shelf works. Including fancy pancy flash-air cards that can send data over wifi.... see software forum for details!

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Go generic for cheap price. I bet the DME will bill you one on 13 month rental for $19.99. Or you can get them at Best Buy, Wal Mart, etc for about $8.

I'm using an SD card adapter, and an old 2gb microsd card from an old mobile phone that's no longer in use. Works perfectly.

So yes, a generic SD card will work fine.
