Finally got a BIPAP pressure setting that helps me - Ipap 12 Epap7.
But I'm having a ton of centrals now : or so it seems. I wake up several times falling asleep with gasping and o2 in the high eighties.
I'm too tired to upload Oscar right now but I will after a nap.
How can I take this pressure and somehow reduce or eliminate my centrals? I tried to bring the epap up like someone suggested but it became too difficult to breathe out. Likeswise reducing the ipap made me feel starved for o2.
Any suggestions at all help! Thank you!

PS mods if you want we can make this my new main thread now.
