SpO2 Assistant Unable To Start Correctly
OK - - This is making me crazy.
I built a new computer - Win-11 and hardware to the max.

I just CANNOT get ANY version of SpO2 Assistant to run - including the most recent V3.1.0.2
Error message is totally unhelpful (typical microsxxt - "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)"
Previous version runs fine on my old (2015) computer.
