I know from past experience that my nervous systems reacts well to the use of alcohol combined with the CPAP machine. After yesterday's night I was so fed up with the results, that indulged myself in a bottle of Barolo 2012. 

Result: AHI of 3.09. 

I wasn't planning on becoming an alcoholic... but this is just beginning to get ridiculous. Hopefully my appointment with the hospital's specialised staff will help.

Can you post a 10 minute segment of your Central Apnea so we can evaluate it's character.
Please post a redacted copy of your sleep tests, I'm especially interested in your diagnostic test, without CPAP.
How long have you been on CPAP?

For now I suspect treatment emergent central apnea which is CO2. Driven so please set EPR to off.

Your Elite is not designed to treat Central Apnea so we do our best to avoid it. Thus EPR off. Treatment Emergent Central Apnea often lessens with several months of use and may totally disappear. But the only machine actually designed to treat Central Apneas is the ASV.

Post results with no EPR and let's see what we get.
