Analyzing OSCAR DATA
Hello, 

Im new to this forum and kind of new to CPAP is there anything I can do to improve my sleep? I also have a really big issue with gas in the mornings... feel like my whole belly is full of air.

A lot of your events look to be positional in nature.  This can be from chin tucking, sleeping on your back, or just changing positions.  The pressure swing could also be causing mini arousals.  The pressure changes are a result of your flow limits, which will drive the pressure up.  You might try setting your pressure range 11 minimum, 14 maximum, and an EPR of 3.   Narrowing the pressure envelope settings should put you in your therapy range and reduce the flow limits.
