Good evening,

I would appreciate any input on the results from using the machine. The time zone was not setup correctly and the time is 2 hours ahead than what it actually is.
On my particular model there seems to be no way to change the timezone once data was recorded already.

Thank you in advance

Hi schuller007 ! - Welcome
Other than crossing the noon day change, the recorded time is not important. It is the total hours of use, which would be the same regardless of the displayed time. If you download the SD card's data to your PC, you can format it and set the AS11 to the correct timezone. I think I would set it to your normal timezone. Hopefully, Resmed will someday roll out an update that will address DST.
