Surprise using OSCAR the first time

Surprise using OSCAR the first time
I just started therapy a couple nights ago. MyAir has been out the whole time, so the only way to view data is on the front screen.

Last night I got an SD card installed so I could view data with OSCAR.

The front of the machine said I had the mask on 5 hours. But OSCAR only has data for something like 50 minutes. I looked on the SD card and there's only one session in the data folder.

Where's the rest of the data?

What is your current timezone and what timezone is your AS11 set to? A Resmed's day is from noon til noon the next day.

CurrentSettings.json on the SD card says TimeZoneOffset is -5:00.

I'm in central time zone, so that looks right to me.

To clarify, last night I wore it for like 4 hours, had a nose irritation issue, and turned the machine off for like 30 minutes. When I resumed using it, I only kept it on for about 1 more hour.

Did you attempt to read the SD card more than once that day?
If so delete that days data and reload it from the SD card.

OSCAR sees data for that day and assumes it has all that days data so it skips it.

I don't think so.

After the issue with the 50min session, I put the card back in and left it for 2 nights, and only read it again just now.

I started a therapy thread mentioning this issue: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...#pid482859

The night before last only recorded 6 minutes, but I got the full thing last night.

Could it be a bad SD card, or some user error?

@jaytee80

I had the same problem when I first started using OSCAR, any time I had a split session only one would show. Click the Details tab, scroll to the bottom, you should see a session information heading, under that will be your sessions with check boxes to the left, mine defaulted to only having the first sessions box checked. I ticked the box for the second session on all of the previous nights and was able to see both sessions in the charts pane. After that both boxes were just always checked default, didn't have to do it again.

Hope this helped?

Only one session is in the list for me. The others aren't even on the SD card.
