[Equipment] Checking Hours on an S9 Elite

Checking Hours on an S9 Elite
Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a used S9 Elite for travel/backup that the previous owner said he used for about 3 weeks. The CPAP looks pristine with no wear and tear on the body and humidifier. I'm trying to access the menu that shows the total hours on the machine and after following the menu I can't seem to get to the info.

I start up the S9, press the push button and check mark button (lower button to the left of the spining push button) and enter the "Configuration" Menu. From here the directions say to press the "i" button to get to the device information. I can't seem to get past the configuration menu.  The S9 did not come with an SD card so I grabbed an old 4gb one to see if maybe it needed a card, still no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Dr. Bones

Checkmark button and dial - press at same time for 3sec or so.

Tap the i button.

Turn dial to go down to Service.

What you want is the Run Hours which should be at the top. If that doesn't work, try to just use the info button then turn dial to Service.

Thanks, unfortunately neither suggestion is working. I wondering if it has to have some sleep data stored to show the screen/menu.
