AHI down seems like RERA and FL are up though
Im new to the whole cpap world and I don't know all the lingo and terms so I'm not to sure how bad some of these RERA and FL readings are so was hoping someone could give me some insight on it. Resassist does really say how many an hour but it shows how long some of the RERA are that I'm having and some nights I'm having some that are and hour long with couple 30 and 15 minute ones. Im still tired during the day and don't feel like I'm getting full sleep without waking and wondering if this could be the reason? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Is having RERA for 1-2 hour a night bad?

RE: AHI down seems like RERA and FL are up though
Post a couple of nights of Oscar charts according to the exact instrux in the Apneaboard menu. There are generally 3 areas that experienced folks pay attention to first. These are settings, mask leaks, and positional apneas. The big picture.
As those are sorted, other details you’re noting may become minor factors. So, Oscars are it for your first step. Generally, someone will be along to help with settings after that.

I Can't figure out how to get my resvent Ibreeze loaded on to Oscar. Shows some stuff on there but can't get it to load the charts and stuff

Resvent is listed as mostly supported by OSCAR. I'm not sure what detail it might show, but it's worth a try.
You'll need to make sure that your SD card was in your machine while sleeping, or you will only see summary data. Use the links below in my Signature Line on how to take a Screenshot of the daily page in OSCAR, and how to Organize a chart and use the Attachment Feature to post a chart here.

The charts in OSCAR are organized in the order of importance. Basically, the first 4 or 5 will do for starters.

I would consider increasing min pressure. 4 is too low for most adults. I think 6 or 7 is probably a good target. Your median is 8.56.

RE: AHI down seems like RERA and FL are up though
so does adding to that min pressure usually help with FL and RERA then? When does RERA become a concern? Im looking at ResAssist and it's showing me having RERA's for like an hour and then a few 30 minutes, numbers like that most nights. Does that cause oxygen saturation and sleepiness also? I'm still yawning all day long and tired as could be. I've been using Cpap for a few months now so I figure I would feel a difference by now.
