[CPAP] Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
#11
RE: Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
As others have recommended, your first step is to get your minimum pressure high enough to get the flow limitation under control.
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape

Sleep-well

Last night's chart tells the same story. Do try the recommended settings, with min of 8 and EPR of 3.

RE: Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
Since there's flow limits still, I'd increase min pressure to 9, all the rest no change.

How was it terrible? We need more description, expand on it was terrible. The AHI is about 2.5 and you slept 9 hours 30 minutes. Again the only thing I'm seeing to make better is flow limits.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Apologies! I should’ve included that information in my reply. I sometimes forget that people can’t hear my own thoughts, lol.

I still have bad fatigue, and I remember having multiple nightmares. 2.5 is also high for me.

OK no problem. Give the edit up 1 to min pressure to make it 9. See if the flow limits will decrease. That may help with feeling better for it.

What you want to see in the chart is the shaggy grass flow limits chart looks more mowed down.

And correct, the board doesn't quite have the ability to read minds. If it does we're all in trouble.

Coffee
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

RE: Suddenly starting to feel bad again.
Good morning! I’ve attached last night’s data. I’m not sure if my flow limit has improved but I do feel quite a bit better today. My AHI is also under 1 which is amazing. Please do let me know if there’s anything else I can do like increasing the pressure again.

That's great.

You still have a lot of flow limitation and your median was over 11. I would increase again to 10 or 11
