Thanks again for all your help. I've been going at it, I had my pressure fixed at 15 with EPR 3. I've also begun taping my mouth shut and I thought I would not tolerate it, but it's actually been GREAT. Between that and not having the machine correcting pressure has been really helpful in reducing arousals for me. That said, in the past three nights or so I have begun having issues with leaks on my P10. I have tried reseating them and tightening the headstraps, but there always seems to be a little leak going on toward the front of my nostrils. These pillows are not even two weeks old and I have been fastidious about cleaning them, so I am a bit at a loss about what the issue could be.
Regardless, my RDI is becoming more consistently under 1, which makes me extremely happy considering I was having something like 50 events per hour before treatment. I am feeling more rested and spend less time awake in bed at the middle of the night (went down from about an hour to about five minutes per night on my Apple watch), and it has built my resolve to become healthier in other respects (exercise, dieting, etc). I will still chase the 0.0 RDI but I will not obsess about it. I spend very little time on this board, yet this community has been a godsend to me! So thank you all!
