RE: Hypopnea 15 plus a night
Due to the slower adjusting within the Philips Respironics machines, I would try an increase to your min pressure to 7.5 or so to help it get closer to the beginning of therapy pressures, based on your needs.

And welcome to Apnea Board.

I would increase min pressure too as Dave suggested, but I'd raise it up a little more to 8.5cm-do you have Flex enabled by chance, I can't see it on the chart.

Yes flex is on 3

Ramp is on 10 for 30 minutes put it on 20 min before sleep.

Can I ever not have to use machine ?

It probably does have that, I didn't know what Respironics called it, but maybe something like smart start and stop. Unfortunately they're not terribly reliable in doing so, genetically speaking.

RE: Hypopnea 15 plus a night
Follow Phaleronic's suggestions above.

Minimum set at 8.5
Try Flex at 2 or 3.

Also, try to wean off using the Ramp feature.
