Technologically Challenged

I was able to download my first large load of data that was on the SD card but I can't figure out how to add any additional days.
I click the CPAP Icon and get a screen that says Choose folder and the only folder that comes up is fonts.  I do have my SD card plugged into the reader but some how can figure out how to do thisl  Help  Oscar for Dummies

It says for me to use Chromebook file program to share files from my SD card.  I can't figure out how to do that.
