i got an o2 ring recently, and the data is intriguing. i was wondering how my sp02 numbers were, and they are fine. i see somewhat confusing numbers in the pulse rates though.
there are many episodes of wild increases and decreases, as evidenced by the snippet from last night.
i know i'm not looking for actual medical advice, but does anyone here experience the same thing? should i bring this to the attention of my cardiologist? just asking.

It wouldn't hurt to show this to your Cardiologist since they know your heart probably better than anyone else through their testing. You do have spikes, but I have seen much worse. Mine went from the 50's or 60's during my PSG up to 150. I have seen a few posts here with skyrocket shots into the 200's. Showing Cardiologist could only help I would think.

Am I missing something or is your pulse only going up to around 85? That's entirely normal. Your heart rate isn't static throughout the night, it changes based on several things: sleep state, body movement(rolling over). My pulse swings between 50 and 100 every night.
