Full mask for narrow face

Full mask for narrow face
I'm currently using a Brevida nasal pillows mask and having great success with it....my numbers are very good....only one problem.  Dry mouth is driving me nuts.  Waking up at least three times a night to wet my mouth.  I use a chin strap and tape, and Biotene.  Still having the problem.  In the past, I tried a full mask, and even the Resmed F30i that goes under the nose.  The problem....leaks around the mouth and chin.  I have a narrow face, narrow lower jaw and receding chin.  Anybody using a mask that doesn't leak under these circumstances? a hybrid, because the pressure on the bridge of the nose is very uncomfortable.  help!
