DreamStation doesn't do the cool-down. When you turn it off, it's off.
I, too, think it was at the DME when either they showed it to you (with the blower running) or maybe tested it on their own.
If you ever do Check Mask Fit, it'll add to the blower time but not the therapy time.
I wouldn't worry about 6 min.
