Looks like EPAP min 8 is helping. That is consistent with the titration protocol. The fact the hypopnea is clustered still makes me think there is a positional component. If this resurfaces, It may be revealing to put a baby video monitor in to observe how sleep position corresponds to events. Hope the good trend continues.

Nice improvement with the EPAP Min. increase. There's no harm in monitoring the flow limits, especially with your noted correlation with Hypopnea. And yes, this could be Positional Apnea related.
