A year in trying to fine tune
Hi everyone, thank you for the help here. I've been reading different comments between here and reddit which brough me here.
I'm struggling with a lot of mask leak too. Sometimes its fine others its high.

Mask: F&P Vitera Full (medium)
Sleep Position: Side

I'm not 100% sure what information you will want other than my chart.

Oopsie. Yes, that would be severe mouth leak. It may be hard to get a good settings adjustment until you get the majority of that resolved.

2 things:

1. Do you have an idea about what circumstances cause your mouth to leak? At least some of the problem may be positional: e.g. the mask could be getting dislodged when you move or the head position causes the mouth to drop open too much and messes up the seal.

2. Look at the wiki, and follow directions exactly for how to set up an Oscar. You have it mostly right, but you’re missing essential panels, like pressure.

pressure is there but he made it small because pressure is constant with his settings. how did you reach those settings?

agree with HA tho priority is the leaks. the mask primer wiki has a section on mouth leaks and mask leaks that may be of help.

You are at 16 pressure all night long.  That seems very high...  Why are you setting pressures so high?

I would suggest you try a night with lower pressures and see how it looks.

Ps4
Min 6
max 17

And let's see how that works.  It should help with the leaks and you should sleep better.  Then we can look to other ajustments.

That night it was very high compared to normal. I think I may have turned in my sleep.
