[Treatment] AHI under control but flow limitation issues

AHI under control but flow limitation issues
Between research here and my sleep docs, I've got the machine at a good pressure setting (or so I think so, I feel like I'm getting enough air). However, I am still not feeling very rested throughout the day and some nights I sleep like crap with lots of tossing and turning. Any ideas based on my charts what else I can try?

Chart below is a very typical night for me. I appreciate any help I can get.

P.S. - if there is some kind of trick to get the Wellue O2 monitor to stop breaking up sleep sessions into 4+ files I'd love to know how to do that.

RE: AHI under control but flow limitation issues
I suggest you raise your EPR (I think your machine calls it IPR) to 3.  That should help with the flow limitations.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Thanks, that seemed to have worked to bring the flow limitations down.
