Here is last night's OSCAR data. I woke up around 3:45 to really bad gas and had to take my mask off and was not able to go back to sleep until after 5. My AHI was lower this time however at 3.64. My OA was at 1.18 and my CA was at 2.04. What recommendations can be made to improve my AHI/Aerophagia?

In nearly every case, obstructive apnea arises out of the minimum pressure of 11/8. While I think there is still positional apnea at play, I would like to see a minimum pressure of 12/9 and see if that helps.
