Okay, that is not good, but you're trying and that is something so before you ditch it can you please try a new mode since the bipap can run cpap mode as well. Change the mode to cpap, set pressure to 8cm of constant pressure tonight and cflex on to 1. It should feel much better, but I'd please like you to try that before bed tonight to see how it feels.

AHI is low and event flags are minimal, I'd curtail the mask/leak check and let the mask float please. How are you feeling? This is only one night but the chart looks much better. If you still feel like you want to rip the mask off after another night or two it may be a sleep hygiene issue.

I like what the data is, I cant figure out why im getting a large leak i did wake up like 4 times only for short periods of time maybe its because of the large leaks? each time my mouth was kind of dry.

I'd give it a few more nights the pressure pulses are lining up with the beginning of the OA events too. You are likely having arousals based on factors outside of your therapy.

so 10-5 i had EPR or flex of 1 and i didnt like the RERA and i read online u either raise the EPR/Flex or you increase pressure, well I increased the ERA and the next night (10-6) i got higher OA but 0 RERA? should i just leave flex at 1 and increase pressure from 12 to 13cm or leave on current setting which is flex 2 and increase the pressure to 13cm?

Hi Xboxrrod, leave Flex on 1 and turn pressure up to 13cm, reras are events that are less than 30 percent airway restriction, but you're having these and the pressure pulses because you're snoring (major airway collapses), I suggest moving up to 15cm of cpap pressure and turning flex up to 3, with flex you get the best of both worlds (not with resme though)-you get a decrease in epap pressure but immediate return of ipap pressure. You should have decent pressure during exhalation so please try this tonight (it will clear up the OAs and Hs and reras).
