RE: New CPAP User, Oscar Data Analysis Help + Whoop HR/Sleep Data
Thanks again for the responses.
Attached is my data from last night.
I decided to try constant pressure at 7 cmH2O with EPR off. I woke up again during the middle of the night (~12am) and switched EPR back to 2. And finally after waking up again at 2:30am I took the mask off completely. It seems I'm sleeping ok until about 12am and then I wake up and it's really hard to go back to sleep.
The constant pressure with EPR off didn't seem to bother me falling asleep but it felt easier for leaks to occur. I tape my mouth shut but even if it cracks open slightly it seems to gush air out. I'll plan to go back to using EPR.
Anything stand out in my data? It does appear that my breathing is pretty good but jumps when I have leaks. What does a good "leak" chart look like? Or is there typically always gonna be a few leaks throughout the night.
Is a pressure = 7 necessary if I'm not having any obstructive events?
I can try the full face mask but don't know if I'll be able to tolerate it sleeping on my side/stomach.
Thanks again!
