As you can see from the attachment my Ahi jumped considerably with the settings at ps 4.6 over 15-19.6. Any ideas on settings changes would be appreciated. Appears to be primarily CA's causing the issue.

New Machine Settings
Switched to the Resmed 10V Auto form an Airsense 11 last night. On the Airsense I was fixed at 19.6 and my ahi was below 1, usually around .5.

RE: New Machine Settings
Turn down your PS to 4. (This may be causing the CA's).
You can also set the Trigger setting to High. Let us know if that helps.

RE: New Machine Settings
Hi Opal Rose,
I changed my PS to 2 over 17.8-19.8, trigger setting to the very highest setting and tmax to 2.8 before I saw your post and reached an AHi of .36! Best one yet. I slept 6 hrs and feel like I've slept 12 for the first time in years. Hope it isn't an anomaly. Thank you for your help.

RE: New Machine Settings
Great, hope that continues to be a trend!
I usually like to take it a little slower when advising, but can't argue with your results.
