[Treatment] New to therapy, not going well

New to therapy, not going well
Hello to everyone. I am new to this whole cpap business. I have been at it since Christmas. The first month I considered it went well but now i concerned that things are going backwards. My AHI has climbed from 4.8 to 6. I do have Sleephead on my computer and I must admit that I don't understand much of it but what I see is my OBA is almost zero but I have CSA that has showed up. Can anyone advise me on a machine that will treat CSA as my Airsense 10 Auto  is not doing it for me. I can buy a new old Resmed S9 VPAP ST. Would this fix the CSA? Any help appreciated.

RE: New to therapy, not going well
First step is to post a chart from SleepyHead. The link below explains how to do that.

Your machine is set from 7 to 20 with EPR 3, and all events are central. This is easy to fix. Turn off EPR and the centrals will go away. Looks like you can get by with a pressure range of 6.0 to 10.0

I think it is set to EPR ramp only.  would this not be as good as epr off?  I'm very new to all this.

If you look at the Pressure line, and then the EPAP line, you can see that EPR is set to always on as they are always apart by 3.

Turn it off completely, is Sleeprider's suggestion.

Notice the pressure summary, mask pressure and what is visible of the pressure line, all show the use of EPR 3 full time.  It would show up in the summary if you turned off the pie chart. See the link in my signature on Organizing your Sleepyhead Charts. You can get rid of the AHI graph and mask pressure, and move some more useful graphs into their place.

That look's a lot better! I think with time those CA events will disappear.
