[Treatment] Request for Sleep Data review compared to Sleep Study

Request for Sleep Data review compared to Sleep Study
G'day folks,

I'm after some assistance understanding my overall APAP data. I've had a pretty solid look myself, and when I had a review with my sleep specialists they seemed to only really focus on the AHI's and when I mentioned I had been looking through the data myself and tried to talk through it, they mentioned they don't really look at that side of things.

Overview:

Prior to sleep test, I felt my sleep was fine overall, some days I would wake tired but would make it through the day without naps etc. I used to snore loudly in my youth but now it's negligible as noted by Snorelab recordings and partner confirming as well.

While getting tested for ADHD and prior to beginning meds, my blood pressure was checked and had a high spike in the mornings after waking. This led to a sleep study which had the following results:

Sleep Test Results

Sleep test conclusion: Moderate supine-predominant obstructive sleep apnoea

AHI - Supine and non-supine: 22.7

AHI Supine: NREM
= 42.1 REM = 27.0

AHI Non-Supine: NREM = 5.31 REM = 3.13

O2 Levels: Average of 96% with a couple of desats to 91%

Snoring: Severely Loud - Duration 66% of sleep

CPAP Trial - Lowenstein Prisma Smart

I've recently been trialling a CPAP for a week and while I'm sleeping fine with it on overall, I wake up feeling just as tired, if not worse.

I've noted that while I'm having hardly any OSA's there are a fair number of CA's and the occasional period of CSA as well. (CSA's on 3 out of the 7 days)

The pressure is set to ramp from 4 to 6 over 10 minutes, with a min and max of 6 - 16. The pressure sits at 6 for the majority of the night, with some spikes to 9 (+/-) when an OSA is detected.

Just after some guidance on what I can discuss with the sleep specialist or if potentially there is a better suited machine for my events.

Thanks in advance!
