Data from a couple nights with EPR of 2.......Any insights  or recommendations would be appreciated.

Nice to see you're making progress on leaks.

I'd recommend sticking with EPR of 2 a little longer, still with no change to your minimum. What we're looking for is (a) no clear upward trend in obstructive events due to the lower expiratory pressure, and (b) no clear upward trend in CAs, due to the increase in EPR.

After another week, let's see where things stand. And it's always helpful to know how the night went subjectively, and how you feel during the day.
