Successful Treatment... Still Significant Struggle
Hi All!

Second time posting here. Expat31 was kind enough to walk me through in great detail on how to optimize my treatment to reduce AHI and flow limitations.

I noticed improvement on symptoms (for me migraines, severe anxiety, head tension, brainfog, extreme exhaustion). All of those went away but stayed tired.

I've noticed I am feeling more exhausted and terrible recently despite the good numbers, waking up with head tension many days again. Hope someone can point me in the right direction on next steps (since after meeting with my neurologist I realized she's basically an idiot).

I'm on Resmed 11 9.2-15, EPR 2. FFM, which I hate but kept spending hours asleep with my mouth wide open when I tried to switch to nasal pillows Sad. Get somewhat less than 8 hours due to 9 month old baby, but still sleeping more than I did historically. Also, completely unable to respond to alarms in the morning and rely on my wife waking me up lol

Any thoughts help!
