I was definitely sleeping on my side at the start of the night and could feel the pressure increasing

Here is my chart from last night. (Ignore the min.8 I was trialling it this morning - it was actually a min of 7.2 all night).

Should I be concerned about my CAs? Its been 24 days since starting and my CAs fluctuate a lot between 0.3 events/hr some night and then 4 events/hour some nights. I feel much better during the day when my AHI is <1
Anything I can do about this or give it more time?
