RE: struggling, help interpreting OSCAR data and possible adjustments?
Wow your leaks on the 23rd are so much better. None over the redline, which is the goal.
You definitely want to be comfortable, and the only problem the night before was the one big large leak around 1am.
Other than that your stats look good. Your pressure was low towards the end of the night, and you're starting off with pressure below your average pressure. You could try pushing up the minimum pressure to 7.5 (or 7 or 8) to find what feels best. A lot of people tend to need something at least 7 or 8 to not feel air starved and that might help you find it easier to breathe too.
Give that a try, and see how you go - I'm so pleased to see you persisting and that you're getting closer. Hopefully, soon we'll have this settled into a reasonable place, and then you'll be able to just enjoy and recover with some good nights' sleep.
RE: struggling, help interpreting OSCAR data and possible adjustments?
Based on your comments in other thread I reviewed some of the data and recommend the same change. Increase EPR to 3, min pressure to 8.
Your breathing is flow restricted hence that waveform and shallow inhalation. EPR/PS increase flow and pressure helps hold airway open. On this current machine there is limited you can try other than this first step and then trying raising min pressure a bit further to 10 and then maybe 12 (only if you are seeing improvements in waveform after each change).
Part of this problem is likely due to breathing out of your mouth and opening your mouth. It sounds like Ratchick has helped you a bit in this regard, the reason this is an issue is that it can cause restriction when your jaw opens. Do you know the reasons you struggle to breath out your nose? Have you seen an ENT to get this investigated? If not you should take the steps to attempt to improve nasal breathing as it is far more efficient.
