Trying again after 10 years

RE: Trying again after 10 years
OK, I've been trying with the new setting for a couple of weeks.  Having ramp off hasn't been an issue.  I feel like these setting are better than the original ones but I still feel over tired in the morning.  More feedback requested.

That little cluster of OA's in the middle of your chart is most likely positional apnea.  Have you tried a soft cervical collar?  I know that you sleep only on your stomach; and only you know if you could tolerate wearing a collar sleeping on your stomach.  Positional apnea could happen sleeping on your stomach on a pillow, like has previously been talked about.    Positional apnea

You could try increasing your min EPAP a bit also.  I admire you for giving it another try after 10 years.

Your median pressure is 12.56, so you need to raise your beginning pressure.  For now, try 8.6, then raise it more as you get more accustomed to the change.  You probably want to end up at around 12.6.
