New user Seeking advice
Good day all!
I'm 72 years old and started my therapy on March 4th. I started with a nasal coushin and had trouble with mouth breathing tried a couple of chin straps but very uncomfortable. changed mask to the Resmed F30I. Works beautifully and very comfortable with very few leaks and no problems breathing through my mouth. I've played around with settings as you can see from the statistics page. Where I am now is consistently under 5 for AHI. but id like to reduce the CA count. EPR is turned off as it seemed to sometimes hyperventolate with that on.
Any who... Id appreciate any advice on settings and recommendations. Please see the attached screen shots from OSCAR.
