Unable to change my Dreamstation 2 CPAP settings
Hi, I am looking for help in accessing my settings on my Dreamstation 2 CPAP machine. Nothing happens when I press the Settings button on my screen. I’ve tried pressing and holding down the therapy button, where the outer ring flashes. But when I try swiping the menu down, nothing happens. Somehow it seems my machine is totally locked. Is there a way to unlock it?

RE: Unable to change my Dreamstation 2 CPAP settings
Hope this helps.
With the device plugged in, press and hold the Therapy button for several seconds. When the light ring around the Therapy button begins flashing, continue to hold it down while using another finger to swipe down on the touch screen until “Entering Provider Mode” appears on the screen. Thank you. I’ve already tried that. It doesn’t work. When I prep and hold the therapy button, the screen doesn’t scroll down.

I find mine doesn’t respond to my touch often. I unplug it then plug it back in. That seems to wake it up. It’s a pain in the neck!

RE: Unable to change my Dreamstation 2 CPAP settings
It is very finicky. I think it has to be just the right speed swipe, and I think top to bottom of the screen. Too fast and it would ignore, too short and it would ignore.
Don’t think of tapping and scrolling like on a phone, think swiping.

RE: Unable to change my Dreamstation 2 CPAP settings
I'm having the exact same problem and no matter how I touch or swipe the screen it will not allow me to access the settings or provider menu.
I've even unplugged it and left it unplugged for 15 minutes or so, plugged it back in and still nothing. I was hoping mkorine1 found a fix. |
