Used resmed 10 [how to find usage hours]
I purchased a used resmed aircurve asv 10 , 1st owner said it had less than 100 hrs on it. Owner said he wiped it clean for me, so it’s shows zero hrs of usage now. How do I kno it didn’t have 1000 hrs vs 100 hrs? I don’t see anywhere where it shows original blower hrs.

RE: Used resmed 10
On the machine settings go to (About) and under that will have total machine hours.

He could theoretically only have wiped out the hours he used it. He was unable (unless he read this forum, lol) to reset the total hours the machine has been used. Get the difference?
It's sort of like the trip meter in your car vs. the odometer.

So one can never truly know the number of blow hours?

Unless he is, or has access to, an authorized Resmed repair facility, there is no way for him to reset the total hours on the machine.

Check the clinician's menu. It needs to show 0 hours there. Those are the firmware hours, irrespective of user.
