VAUTO not reacting to OA's

RE: VAUTO not reacting to OA's
Interesting that the IPAP pressure still would not go above 21.54. I guess you can always set it on S mode at 25/22.

RE: VAUTO not reacting to OA's
Based on the graph, the VAuto does respond to OA when IPAP >= 20cm.
It is possible it does not respond to OA when EPAP >= 20cm.
If you like, try min EPAP = 19cm & PS = 3cm and see if it stops responding once EPAP reaches 20cm.

RE: VAUTO not reacting to OA's
yrnkrn,
I've already got the data I need for using it. Any further testing doesn't really help me or anyone else. I would have to have a different VAUTO built from a different batch to compare it to. As it stands I only know these pressure reactions and leaks from the two VAUTO's that came from the same batch. It could be they're the only two that react this way. No answers will come from testing this one machine.

ResMed may be the best machines in the world. I've probably just had the bad luck to get two lemons. However in my mind I'll stick to DreamStations from now on. When it comes to shopping two lemons is my limit.
