Apparently it's the same machine. One is US and, the other is in other countries like AU.

I might be wrong, but I was thinking pacewave may have more than just the one variant. If you look at the rear ID sticker, there's info to help determine what it actually is. But the generic answer is pacewave is non US while ASV is US.

There is a mistake at the AU product page for the CS PaceWave.
https://www.resmed.com.au/healthcare-pro...s-pacewave It shows that it has the VAuto mode (which would had made it different from the ASV) But the clinical manual did not show that mode being available. The clinical guides were freely downloadable from the AU website. But they were recently moved behind provider login wall.
