Is there a ay to roll up this statistic in the monthly report?

If you go to the Overview display in SleepyHead and then select the Range option (in the lower left). You can select either Last Month or Custom and set the date range. The values in the upper left of the AHI graph will be the values you're looking for. They are listed as minimum, average, and maximum.

One other option for date selection is if you have all the dates being displayed or a range greater than what you want, select either the beginning or ending date and drag your mouse pointer to the opposite end of your desired date range.

I am new to OSCAR and was looking for this exact same statistic! I guess it hasn't happened.

This thread has been inactive for 7 years. If you go to OSCAR's Overview screen and look at the Total Time in Apnea graph will give you the information you're requesting.
