Airsense11 Sync
Checked score on phone and PC Sat morning for Fri data and both say last nights data is not available yet. Researched and it said to unplug machine for about 40 sec to reboot. I unplugged for a couple of hours. Checked Sun morning, and data for Fri was there but no Sat data. PC says the last sync was Sat at 635pm which is about the time I plugged it back in. The bluetooth icon is on, phone is paired and WIFI signal bar is showing 5 bars. Began using machine on 7 Jan 23 and have not had this issue before. I emailed tech support also but do not expect an answer until Mon from them. Thanks for any help.

A lot of people on some of the CPAP Facebook groups are reporting MyAir data isn't available.
There is a turnaround time for Upload to ResMed, processing and then presenting in My Air. Typically this is about 30-60 minutes after session. Occasionally in the past there have been problems or longer delays, It's not a local problem you can resolve.

I ended the session at 500am and it would not show on Sat about 300pm when I unplugged. Same thing today. After unplugging for about an hour, it showed on my app.

I spoke with agent and they said the machine works off of cell towers so if there is any issues with the cell service it will effect the upload of data. Must have been a bad weekend because have not had any issues since then.
