Waking up every single night
Hi all,
I'm unsure what to do next. I can count on one hand the number of times I've slept through the night in the past two years. I started CPAP therapy this past April and average over 8 hours of compliance a night since. I've tried changing masks (I started with nasal pillows, then a nasal cradle, then the Dreamwear FFM, the Resmed Airfit i30 hybrid mask). I've finally settled on the nasal cradle since it allows me to sleep on my stomach. The full face seemed to irritate my ear and make farting noises that were definitely waking me up. I've tried tightening them to prevent leaks but I never felt comfortable in them. I've adjusted pressure over time, experimenting with keeping it at a solid 8, to a solid 9, but I think it was still too much since air was blasting out of my mouth with the nasal cradle. I've since brought it down to 6-8.
I meditate every day and average 10-20 hours of exercise (yes, really, it's like a part time job lol) a week, so I'm definitely tired! I just tend to wake up for seemingly no reason (last night in the first chart I woke up after an hour and a half. I don't have to pee either), unless there's something in this chart that maybe the rest of you can see that I'm not. It's very frustrating.
