Should I try to download the existing data from the brick (Airsense 10 basic) to it?

It's not possible to download data from one machine to another.

Each machine has its own serial number, so SH will recognize and keep both the data from first machine and when your insert the new card in computer, SH will recognize a new machine.

Beej, if your CPAP had a SD card, you can just use that in the newer Airsense 10 Autoset for Her. #Sleepyhead will sort it all out by machine serial number. Otherwise any SD card will work fine.
