RE: Whats your average AHI on xPAP
On AUTO my AHI averaged 28 over 6 months, but I did not desaturate and most were hypopneas. Switched to ASV two months ago and now average 11. Seeing the sleep doc today for a checkup and I hope to improve that number. Again I have mostly hypopneas.

last 30 days 0.80
last 7 days 0.52 last night 1.37 (6 hypopneas, 2 obstructive) I haven't been sleeping well so I took a Melatonin last night to help me sleep. Does anyone know if this gives you more events? I haven't used it before so I don't have any experience with it.

Others' numbers tell me I still have a distance to go on decreasing my AHI, but I can see progress since switching to an AutoSet---first as a loaner and now one of my own.
March 7-31: AHI 7.5 April 1-21: AHI 5.7 April 22-May 7: AHI 5.4 May 8-15: AHI 4.8

Average for me is about 0.44 which definitely shows xPAP is working since the sleep study calculated it as about 34.

Dawei: Congratulations on breaking through the 5.0 barrier! Good job!!! Keep it going! Now, are you feeling better at 4.8 than you were at 7.5?
