I have a Resmed 11 which works well for Me ..
If You scroll to the top left of the main forum page click (home)
You will find Product Review Forums .. There are machine reviews there
You can research reviews of both machines ..
Good Luck Steve

RE: Which machine is better?
I have a strong preference for ResMed, anything but the actual CPAP model.
Any of the AutoSets are fine.

Why? Two reasons, the first is the tremendous data you get from ResMed, the second is that ResMeds implementation of EPR allows them to act as a BiLevel for 1, 2, or 3 cmw of PS which is extremely effective for treatment of hypopneas, flow limitations, and RERAS.
