AHI of 3 most nights with CPAP, 2 weeks in still sleeping a lot
I've been on CPAP for about 2 weeks, using Resmed Airsense 10 with humidifier and Philips respironics dreamwear full face mask. I am on autoramp with pressure of 8.

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, AHI of 11. My apneas are down to about 3 or 4 most nights with CPAP which I know is considered "good" but seeing I started with just 11 its basically being reduced by half so I'm wondering if I could do something to reduce it more. Some OSCAR data is attached, I'm not very good at reading it but would love help in understanding my data.

One of the primary reasons I got evaluated for CPAP was because I sleep a LOT/oversleep and still have daytime sleepiness. So far I'm still sleeping a lot, though I think I have a bit more energy during the day (at least I'm not napping as much as I used to).
