Why does my clear airway events keep increasing?

I have recently been using 7-11 pressure for the past 2 months with a 2 EPR. Recently was told to change to 8-11 pressure changes and then EPR 3 due to Hypopneas and such. Can someone please look at these 2 days and let me know what I'm doing wrong. I felt better at 7-11 with EPR2 versus the 8-11 EPR 3 since I was always waking up. Any advice would help, thank you!

I'm sure you're not doing something wrong. Increasing the pressure differential from EPR may increase centrals for a limited time. Your pulmonary system will adjust to this and CA would then decrease. Right now they're still at a low level and I'd be happy to see that number myself.

Remember that your therapy has two parts that make up the whole state. You have the aspect of events, and there's the how are you feeling aspect. Balance the two, and if you felt better at the earlier settings, go back to them. Even if it increases events a bit, if you felt better that's just as important as low events.

What do you think is waking you up? And how often is it happening

Don't worry, you're doing great. If you want even more data, get an SpO2 ring such as a Wellue, and monitor your SpO2 with OSCAR also. You are on right track, and your results are impressive!
