Would an Oscar expert look at my data?
Hello! I was wondering if anyone would look at last night's data and tell me what's what. I know my AHI is normal, but I often feel better when it is under .9. I also have REM sleep apnea, so sometimes there are clusters of events during that time. Anyway, last night I woke up a lot. I am sure some of those times I was not having an apnea, however, my sleep was incredibly fractured. This happens often. Anyway, any insight you can give would be helpful!

At 8.2 to 12.4 pressure with EPR 2 you have a very good AHI, with mostly OA events and low flow limitation. Pressures are relatively stable with a median of 9 cm which is where I would set the minimum based on this. Other than that, the events don't appear to be related to pressure. You indicate your sleep is fractured, and we can't tell from this chart what conditions might relate to that if any. If you find pressure changes disruptive, you can try a fixed pressure between 10 and 11 cm to see if that is better, however I have no idea if your arousals are related to pressure variation.

Okay, thank you. I will try raising the minimum pressure to see if that helps. Because of breathing issues when lying flat due to a heart issue (caused by intreated apnea for many years), I sleep on an adjustable bed and the upper part of my body is raised. I wanted to make sure the data does not show anything related to position. I am pretty much in the same position all night.
