Xboxrrod Analysis Dreamstation BIPAP
Could someone help me calibrating the settings to the most optimal performance? Im using resmed headgear with the velcro straps and it seems to be comfortable fit not too tight or lose. How can i check do i need to move my jar from side to side or open my mouth or rest my face to see if leaks occur during mask check?

Welcome to the forum Xboxrrod
You're having lots of snoring issues and some hypopneas with how this DS bipap is setup. You please need to set PS min to 4 and PS max to 8, raise IPAP max to 18cm and min epap to 9cm, these are pretty large changes but that snoring is concerning. You want to see if your mask is leaking in your standard sleeping position, hopefully your sides Also do you have bi-flex enabled, we can't see it on the charts..

That is much better! Still have some work to do on the snoring but I'd leave it like this for maybe four or fiver more nights and see how you do and feel, we could turn down biflex but with you burping I'd say lets leave it as is and after a night or two generate a new chart.

Its almost as if im getting excessive air cause my stomach feels little bloated last two nights upon waking up and little gasy, burps. Heres the data from the last two nights. |
