Hi All
I am a newby to all this.
My wife has been prodding me to keep breathing for years at night.
I had a sleep study done in the lab at the royal brisbane hospital Queensland Australia.

I seemed to get worse after the study and was sleeping longer and longer and still falling asleep during the day.
I had not been back for the results or the review but I ordered a resmed s10 autoset and started using it.
wow what a differance.
Even the first night with mask leaks of 40lt I still had a much better sleep than before.
I used it for 5 days and then had my review.
The doctor said I had very severe sleep apnea 89 events per hour.
He looked at the sd card from the machine and told me it was all good.
I am down to 0.5 events per hour and some nights 0 events
So much happier now.
