Settings don't matter. It's the usage they are targeting.

You're welcome Mcca21, and CN is correct, they are just wanting to get compliance from the patient, they don't ultimately care about the pressures...

RE: Mcca21 - OSCAR Data Review
I took a cleaner screenshot that includes the evening portion of my sleep. If you see a break in the data, this is when I have paused the machine to take a bathroom break or I just needed a break. Being new to therapy, Ive not been able to clear a full 8 hrs of sleep yet. Out of the 14 graphs of items, which are the most important things that I should post in the future? I have made the changes to the machine this eve, turning EPR to 1, set the pressure range from 6.6-12cm. I will see how things look in the morning and keep everyone posted. Please let me know if the screen shot I took includes the necessary data.

Just a little OSCAR tip.  Instead of selecting the time frame from the graph area, uncheck the session(s) you wish to hide down in the lower left, under the Session Information section.  You may have to go to File > Preferences > Clinical, and change from Clinical to Passive mode.  This will allow you to deselect sessions.

RE: Mcca21 - OSCAR Data Review
Hi everyone,

thanks for the tip, I had a total of 3 sessions last night. I included a graph of the longest session of 4 hrs. It said that I had an avg AHI of 5.4 events per hr out of all of these. I feel better today than I have in months. Here is the graphs from last night. Ive seen Cheyenne stokes respiration on occasion but it seems to be pretty dominant from last nights session.

RE: Mcca21 - OSCAR Data Review
Hi Everyone,

Data looks much better today. it looks like I went from a total of almost nine events down to a little over four events for the night. My large leak rate went from three events to nine events. Im guessing I need to tighten my mask a bit? Is there any other tweaks that should be made based on what is seen? My machine is set on soft response for pressure delivery, based on my breathing patterns, is it possible I need to set this to standard instead of soft to take care of the hypopnea more quickly? Any advice would be appreciated, below is last nights results.

Thanks!

-Steve

I suggest Standard response
EPR=1 full time
Pressure min/max = 8/14 cm.
